Over the last year at the Winter Olympics, The Masters and at custom events we at DowEvents have seen a definite shift to highly organized, targeted programs for customers and prospects at our client companies. Customers that cut back or are coming back to our events....the common thread is "We need to be doing this because it has a great impact on our business".... Definitely music to our ears, but more importantly a reaffirmation that HOSPITALITY WORKS!!
Our client's customers view an invitation to The Masters as "the most important invite of the year". Year after year, we are told about the difference The Masters attendance has made on their relationships with clients' and the opportunities it has created for their business.

We will host clients at Wimbledon in 2011 as we ramp up for the 2012 Summer Games and spend more time in London.

We anticipate that our customers with a European presence will join us next summer at the All England Tennis Club.
We are also adding college football to our roster in two forms. The first, as I am a former University of Washington player, DowEvents will guide groups and individuals to U of W Husky Football games via tour boat to Husky Stadium beginning with the 2010 season...we are also launching HuskyBowlGame.com to take Alumni and Husky fans to future bowl games. Secondly, we believe the BCS Championship Game offers a tremendous value and amazing atmosphere...., and I have my fingers crossed my Huskies will once again rise to that level!

2010 has been a busy year, a good year....
We want to thank all of our long-time clients for their continued business and new one's for trusting us with your best customers and guests. Many experienced a fantastic Winter Games in Vancouver BC, where over 18 days we hosted guests in 3 different hotels, attending multiple events daily, with our event team doing an outstanding job in that amazing Canadian City.

We followed up the Games with a program we have executed for 7 consecutive years at Pebble Beach with nearly perfect weather. The Lodge & golf continue to impress...a truly world class experience.
Then it was off to The Masters, DowEvents showcase event. Our staff did an incredible job once again (according to our customers), the Championship Club was great (look for some updates in 2011) and the Tournament was Epic on Sunday. The Masters still ranks as the number one client entertainment event.....
As I'm writing this I'm sitting in London on a site inspection of hotels and hospitality locations for the 2012 Summer Games. This will be a historic event and we anticipate many of our multi-national clients will join us here in the summer of 2012.
